Views, views, views! A wraparound porch, was an essential addition for a couple buying this time capsule of a house, built in 1993. This house was purchased for its sought after waterfront views and needed a remodel. There was not one square foot of this house that was not renovated. The main level floor plan changed most dramatically. We opened up tight, seperate dining room and kitchen to allow for sight lines from the living room to the front of the house, maximizing views to the bay. Every wall, ceiling and flooring surface was updated. By adding touches of vintage inspired light fixtures, selecting warm accent colors, and incorporating many original vintage furniture pieces belonging to the homeowners, we breathed new life into this once dated home, achieving a casual and charming coastal farmhouse.
